In Raleigh, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across North Carolina, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Raleigh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Had a great 1st consultation with Amber and Dr Leo. They answered all my questions and talked through my crazy fears. Just starting the journey but looking forward to my new smile.

Most horrible bait and switch operation. I was told this is an appointment for providing me a quote for tooth extraction, grafting and implanting with a crown but the dentist I met just took an X-ray and mentioned sheβll refer me to another dentist to go through another set of X-rays and diagnosis and then sheβll be able to give me a quote. They want me to spend another couple of thousand dollars to just get a quote. I absolutely donβt recommend anyone to this place.

Well...I was told something completely different from the original lady I spoke with. I got there and about 25 minutes was spent trying to convince me to spend 40 to 58 thousand dollars on implants....rather than giving me the options that I discussed with the original lady I spoke with. Very disappointing. I've decided to go with a different dental group but we shall see if they are any more honest than this group.

Iβve personally had work done at Highland Implant Center and the experience was phenomenal. The team uses state-of-the-art technology, including robotics, to ensure precision and comfort, and it really shows in the results. You can tell theyβre focused on quality, safety, and patient outcomesβnot rushing people through. Iβve trusted them with my own care and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for advanced implant and dental treatment.

These people restored my faith in the dental industry! After so many PREVIOUS traumatic experiences with dentists I was beyond scared & anxious to seek treatment. Once I did seek treatment through another facility I was taken advantage of, over charged & sent to several different places which all had a separate amount they wanted me to pay!!Here EVERYTHING is all done under one roof & you are only given ONE price and all is included & that number does NOT change. The staff at this facility is hands down the best Iβve EVER EXPERIENCEDβ¦.. Chelsea especially!!! Dr. Leo is straight forward & phenomenal at his craft. I truly canβt tell you how great my experience has been.
